AIA Minneapolis is preparing to help architects navigate the economic recovery in the wake of the great recession, and to recalibrate their practice to align with 21st century trends in global economics, art, business, culture, and techonology. Phillip Koski, AIA, will be presenting his personal experience leading the creation of historic district guidelines as part of a panel at the 2010 annual Minnesota Preservation Conference - to take place in Winona, MN on September 16th. The session is titled "Regulating New Construction in Historic Districts." Mr. Koski will focus his presentation on the recently formed Greek Chapter House Historic District near the campus of the University of Minnesota. For more information
